Admission Procedures

Once the completed application form and documents have been processed, a time will be scheduled for your family to visit the school to view the learning that occurs in our classrooms. Also on this visit, parents will meet with our Kindergarten management to discuss their child's background and development, as well as our school's philosophy and program.

Once a student has been accepted, subject to space availability, placement will be offered by written notification to parents.

Documents submitted with the Online Application Form

• Child's Birth Certificate
• Child's Immunization Record
• Passport sized photo of your child
• Parent Survey

Withdrawal

Parents who withdraw their child from the school must give not less than two full calendar months notice of withdrawal, in writing to the school. The notice should be delivered personally by the parent to the school office. School fees are collected in full during the two months notice period. Where less than two months is given, school fees for the two months will be charged. The summer holiday, as defined in the school calendar, may not be included in any notice period.

Note : One calendar month means from the first day of a month to the last day of that month.
